·        Customer Service :

To supervise day to day customer service activities, including the administration of customer’s orders, inquiries, and complaints in branch, providing prompt response to customer’s inquiries, and lead the rectifying process of any complaints from local customers.

·        To maintain customers file and performance history

·        To input PO from customers to DAX System

·        To make invoice receipt customers and good filling the invoice receipt

·        To call customer by daily to collect payment

·        To receive payment and make deposit slip from customer to bank

·        To prepare daily expenses claim in branch to submitted claim to Head Office

·        To post sales order into DAX system

·        To generate commercial invoice

·        To distribute invoice to customers with complete supporting documents

·        To advise salesman and customer of order on hold

·        To reconcile customer balance with aging receivable

·        To distribute monthly statements to all customers

·        Responsible for ensuring that sales orders accepted are within customer’s agreed credit terms and limits.

Maintain a minimum stock of material branch and ask for material stock warehouse to head office.

·        HSES

To ensure compliance in all HSE standard and regulatory requirements ini every activities within customer service area.
