What will you be doing? 

The Customer Service Representative is at the heart of ensuring our platform users have a seamless and supportive experience. Tasked with addressing any queries related to platform usage, they play an instrumental role in ensuring customers can navigate and harness the platform’s full potential efficiently. Through effective communication and problem-solving, they help maintain the reputation of our platform as user-friendly and customer-centric.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for advanced troubleshooting or to escalate unresolved issues.
  • Document and track customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback to the development team based on recurrent customer queries or concerns.
  • Offer guidance to customers on how to utilize the platform effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with platform changes and updates.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve the overall customer service experience.
  • Handle other customer-related tasks, such as feedback collection and satisfaction surveys.

 What experience and qualifications are required?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a digital or tech environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and customer service software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is a requirement.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms or influencer marketing is beneficial.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to platform updates and changes.
