Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Customer Service Representative di kantor Akzo Nobel (Indonesia) untuk daerah Surabaya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Pelayanan & Layanan Pelanggan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana & Gelar Professional. Sesuai dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami berikan cukup bersaing tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Job Purposes:

Ensure the order fulfilled process and the maintenance of a high customer service level.

Interface between Commercial, Manufacturing, Technical and other Functions to ensure highest possible of service to customer. 

Key Activities / Key Roles:

  • Register in SAP and process sales orders/ order confirmation, stock availability and orders follow up, stock transfer orders and including documentations.
  • Ensure all orders (including ICD orders) are placed in the right process and monitored in a timely and efficency manner.
  • Ensure that the full cycle for all assigned orders are processed and monitored in accordance with agreed upon terms in order to optimally serve customer needs.
  • Keep overview of order status and be focal point in case of inquiries.
  • Communicate adequately on order status and issues towards relevant parties (internally and externally).
  • Follow up on backlog status. Review pending orders/ backorders and specific customer requests to ensure excellence customer service and customer experience.
  • Commitment towards customers for delivery on confirmed date.
  • Working closely with Commercial team, Technical team, and solving the sales issues for customers together with Commercial team.
  • Working in tandem with Planning team, Production team, Logistics team and other Functions for goods availability, booking arrangement for local delivery and export shipments (if any) to keep customer orders executed smoothly to meet customer requirements ETA date and on time in full.
  • Customer Rebate Agreement/ Settlement follow up.
  • Returns and credits process etc…
  • Local Tax Documentation to be processed and monitored correctly and timely.
  • Together with Sales Admin to support other processes such as A/R support, Selling prices maintaining, Quotation management, Sales contract management and other requests
  • Sales tracking reports. Weekly and monthly sales report (with breakdown for individual business).
  • Work with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Acts as focal point for all customer complaints handling, HSE complaints in accordance with company’s business principles and policies.
  • Assists Demand planner as required.
  • Troubleshooting assistance for Commercial/ Customers and relevant problems.
