Dibutuhkan. loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Customer Service Relation di tempat usaha PT CBC Indonesia (Motion Indonesia) untuk kota/kab Jakarta Timur & Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Administrasi Klien & Penjualan (Administrasi & Dukungan Perkantoran) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Pra Purchase Order Stage:

· Coordinating with the Logistic team to ensure that supply fulfilled on time

· Create part numbers for new products in accordance with the standard (PN, Price, UoM, Supplier Ref)

· Submit Purchase Requisition (PR) to the procurement team to provide new products that customers

request

· Working closely with the Procurement team and Product Development team to ensure that items will

be provided as customer’s request

· Checking inventory levels to the Warehouse team to ensure product availability

· Provide Vendor Request Form for new suppliers to provide products
Processing Purchase Order accurately and efficiently regarding sales contract including price, product specification, lead time (delivery commitment), etc
Provide administrative support for the sales team, including preparing back-order data to know delivery status and invoicing status
Generate invoice, monitoring Delivery Order sign before send all documents to Finance Team · Process Credit Notes (if needed) and escalate to Sales Support Supervisor

Requirements :

Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Have 3-5 years’ experience in Admin Sales, Sales Support or in a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer management skills (including negotiating with a diverse range of customers).
Ability to identify and meet customers` needs and requirements.
Demonstrated effective communication verbal and written skills in English.
Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail / organisational skills.
Ability to follow procedure and efficiently trouble-shoot product issues.
Good math skills.
Intermediate MS Office skills – including Excel, Word and Outlook, PowerPoint.
Advanced use of ERP database and CRM system.
Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
