Requirements :

– At least 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience

– Amenable to work in abroad 

– Willingness and flexibility to work in the shifts

– Ability to adapt to a flexible working schedule

– Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Indonesian, Can Mandarin is advantage

– Demonstrated professional customer service skills with a respectful and positive attitude

– Follow task-directed and assigned to you by your direct Supervisor and/or Leader

– Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required

– Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

– Excelent analytical skills

– General Computer Knowledge ( MS Office, MS Excel, Internet )

Job Description :

– Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

– Excellent analytical thinking and good problem-solving

– Responsible for responding to language specific transactions

– Performs customer request/ Problem identification and follows define procedures to resolve correctly

– Develops and maintains an understanding of customer service level agreements and department’s product key performance requirements

– Demonstrate understanding of the customers’ business needs or market and maintains high customer satisfaction rating

– Conduct Market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

– Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and potential affiliates

– Marketing & promoting company products to customers and potential affiliates

– Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

– Strong commitment with the agreed sales target Agreement

– Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

– Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

– The trial period is 3 months. If you pass the trial period, a visa will be issued
