Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Pemimpin Tim/Supervisor (Call Center & Layanan Konsumen) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job Description:
- Lead and mentor the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries, providing expert nutritional advice and solutions.
- Ensure that customer interactions are managed professionally, with a focus on empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the customer service operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to drive improvements in service delivery and product offerings.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer service metrics, team performance, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements in customer service processes and team performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in providing nutritional advice or working in a nutrition-related field.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to work with a shifting system
