Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPORT - SENIOR STAFF di tempat usaha PT DIAN SANTOSA LOGISTICS (DSL) untuk daerah Banten atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusaahan inginkan adalah Pelayanan & Logistik/Rantai Pasokan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun syarat yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 4.500.000 - Rp 5.000.000.

Job Description:

  1. Handle customer inquiries.
  2. Deliver fast and excellent solution to customers.
  3. Establish and maintain relationship with customers.
  4. Well organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multifaceted tasks.
  5. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of problem, selecting export and import services and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure solution.
  6. Responsible for preparing & checking documents and reports on export-import activities to customers.
  7. Coordinate with agents related to export, import and forwarding activities.
  8. Mandatory to have capability input EDI System (PEB/PIB)
  9. Good decision making and problem solve skill.
  10. Attracts potential customers by answering product and services questions, suggesting information about other products and services.

Requirement:

  1. Candidate must process at least a Bachelor Degree / D3. GPA Minimal 3.0 . Priority graduated in Transportation Management
  2. Having at least 3 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistic/ EXIM / Logistics Operation.
  3. Familiar with transportation and forwarding services Business
  4. Capable operating EDI System
  5. Priority have PPJK Cert more Better
  6. Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  7. Having strong and well develop communication and interpersonal skill.
  8. Good communication skill, well organized, high motivation, good analytical thinking.
  9. Pleasant personality, tight in follow up and detail oriented.
  10. Willing to be placed in Tangerang
