SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

• Position: Customer Service Fresh Graduate Program
• Location: Kemang, South Jakarta
• Salary: Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 5.500.000

Deliveree is seeking fresh graduates with an undergraduate degree who want to kickstart their careers in multinational startups and mobile app companies.

You don’t need to have a career goal in customer service/support to apply. We will provide you with extensive on-the-job training to excel your career out of University. This program can provide you with a solid foundation for a variety of roles in the future.

Your role as customer service is a part of our Booking Operations Center (BOC) located in Jakarta. Our BOC is about 50 people and growing. It’s a wonderful place to start your career at Deliveree. Your work would be split between helping customers and fleet partners resolve challenges during bookings on our logistics platform. You will be answering chats, calls, and emails from customers and drivers to assist them with bookings on our platform. It’s a busy, dynamic, and challenging position with great benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher from a recognized university, any major
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience
• Good English skills
• Excellent speaking and writing skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and hardworking
• Multitasking skills and detail-oriented
• Willing to work on shifting-schedule
