Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Customer Service Executive (Jakarta) di tempat usaha SG Global Support Services untuk daerah Jakarta Pusat serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Pelayanan & Layanan Pelanggan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya SMU/SMK/STM, Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana & Gelar Professional. Sesuai dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan berikan cukup bersaing tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

JOB PURPOSE

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer

satisfaction

  • Resolve customer service enquiries and issues promptly, ensure effective and timely follow up
  • Receives processes and verifies the accuracy of application from

customers utilising the organizations internal CRM system

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure calls are completed for Telco / Charities
  • To assist other members on any issues
  • Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required
  • Accesses the company’s internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports
  • To raise issues as and when they arise
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree Holder
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in customer service / call centre industry
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good communication skills over the phone. Fluent in English is a plus
  • Computer literacy is essential, especially in MS word and Excel

ANY OTHER ATTRIBUTES

  • Mature, resourceful, tactful, and diplomatic with excellent listening skills
  • Self-motivated individuals with integrity, drive to achieve targets and possess good organizational skills
  • Can perform as a team and under pressure
