Responsibilities

  • Work Closely with others department to provide Product Technical Documentation, includes but not limited to Operation Manual, Service Manual, Parts Catalogue, Warranty Card, Flat Rate Labor, Maintenance Checksheet, Recommendation Parts List, etc.
  • Implement Dealer / ASN Standard Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures, Agreement, Policy and Term, CS Annual Program and CS Job Description.
  • Provide Learning and Development program and afterwards activities.
  1. Identify training needs through job analysis, career path, corporate strategy, and consult with line manager
  2. Setup training curriculum program and define technician level competency requirement
  3. Setup training annual plan and schedule
  4. Setup technician competency assessment program and schedule
  • Manage team to support promotion program in technical matter for the benefit of sales.
  • Manage After Sales Services daily activities includes but not limited to Monitoring Planned Service, product Condition Monitoring, Customer Support, Breakdown response, Technical News update, Claim management, etc.
  • Perform Customer Relationship Management (CRM), includes but not limited to:
  1. Manage product and customer data health
  2. Perform customer engagement program
  3. Customer visits to grasp market situation and customer needs
  • Evaluate operations performance as the feedback to develop CS strategy and policy:
  1. Product reliability analysis by market feedback
  2. Customer Service and Dealer compliance and performance report
  3. Identify CS personnel competency gap
  • Perform Customer Service Special Project.
  • Work safety and implement 5S.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Lead and work assignment subordinates in Technical Support operational activities.
  • Encourage subordinates to strive for the quality, standard and integrity.
  • Evaluate subordinates performance. Document and discuss target and actual performance achieved in accordance to Performance Management system.

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Mechanical / Agricultural Engineering Bachelor degree education
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Construction Machinery / Agriculture Machinery / Automotive and similar industry In-depth of technical product knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing after sales service / technical support / customer service team
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiar with after sales service system
  • Fluent in English, Japanese is an advantage.
  • Good in coaching and counseling skill.
