Most of the work will be related to:

• communication with drivers, helping them with registration and day-to-day travel issues;
• handling feedback and claims of customers;
• monitor the service rules violations;
• present drivers and passengers with information regarding new service conditions or promotions;
• participation in promotional campaigns, negotiations with local partners and the organization of car branding.

This job is for you if:

– you have strong command of both English and Bahasa (verbal and written);

– you are able to prioritize your tasks;

– you can easily find a common ground with people and understand the client’s needs;

– you are not afraid to work with claims and can calmly resolve any misunderstandings;

– you are ready to take responsibility and solve basic tasks independently, without involving your manager.
