Job Descriptions

1. Develop and manage the initiative to reduce customer losses (lapses or surrenders). 
2. Liaise with related stakeholders such as customer care, the agency, operations, and others to synergize customer activity and customer retention. 
3. Review and improve conservation activities to retain customers.
4. Together with the data analytics team, develop customer or activity priorities to optimise retention activity. 
5. Prepare regular retention communications for customers and agents. 

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing major.

2. 3-5 years experience in insurance industry, especially related to customer engagement and or customer campaign area.

3. Strong selling skills, persuasive and good abilities to translate data into action 

4. Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills
