Qualifications:

1. Possessing minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related study program, graduated from reputable university.
2. At least of 3 to 5 years of work experience in a Customer Relations Supervisor, with specific experience in the real estate or property management industry.
3. Exceptional communication abilities in Indonesian and English, both verbal and written.
4. Expertise in negotiation and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
5. Strong understanding of good customer service principles and customer satisfaction metrics.
6. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead projects.
7. Have a good integrity and attitude, energic, multitask, resourceful, possess good time management skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
8. Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, having good analytical and reporting skills is advantageous.
9. Willing to work in Cimanggis area, with dynamic and positive working environment and challenging target achievement.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate customer service activities to ensure clients receive exceptional service at all times.
2. Provide training and support to the customer service team to ensure professional development and quality service enhancement.
3. Address inquiries, complaints, and client requests promptly and professionally, often acting as the first point of contact for customer grievances.
4. Collaborate with other departments to better understand customer needs and enhance the company’s services and products.
5. Develop and analyze strategies to boost customer loyalty and retention.
6. Monitor and report on customer service issue trends, providing proactive solutions for ongoing issues.
7. Review and improve customer service processes and policies to optimize customer satisfaction and the overall customer experience.
8. Direct report to Customer Relations Manager and responsible for other assignment by superordinate.
