• Collecting and analyzing WH operation performance and delivery data to the customers, taking action regarding complaints, responses, and reporting to the organization.
• Measuring and improving overall performance related with customer service levels (On time delivery, Over Short dan Damage, Off load rate).
• Specifying and building projects, tools & technology to improve the speed and quality of support from operation points of view to customers
• Analyzing order to invoice workflows and making suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Supporting with the OPS design and rollout of new customers, new channels and new service offerings
• Coordinate and work closely with Business Developments, Delivery, and Warehouse team, other internal team (HR, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Operations) and also external (customer, vendors) to complete the tasks.
• Developing, maintaining and creating a standard operating procedures for new process developments
• Identifying and acting to remove potential barriers from Ops to deliver consistently high levels of service
• Ensure operational practices and procedures are aligned with customer’s guidelines and requirements 

Skill & Qualification

• Strong relationship management and demonstrated collaborative skills in working with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), combined with good questioning skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Good client relationship building and engagement skills, ability to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders
• Assertive in approach together with confidence in the area of expertise and the ability to present clearly
• Service orientated individuals who can create values whilst maintaining profitable business results (efficient)
• Full time, S1 degree (from reputable University is preferred)
• Work experience, minimum 3-4 years
• Sound experience working in Supply chain environment, particularly within Logistics & Operations
• Good English communication skill
