Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries with new and existing customers
  • Educate and explain to customers about our products & services
  • Assist customers for thein sign-up processes
  • Accurately record down details of Data entry of customer details s and sales activities in our system CRM application
  • Liaise with other departments and operations to address issues
  • Prepare reports as per requirement by management
  • Generate leads from customer community as per Sales team requirement

Key Attributes:

  • Able to communicate well with both external customers and internally within team
  • Capable of detailing and selling of product or concept to outbound customers
  • Objective orientated and have sense of ownership for each project or campaign assigned to them
  • Treat this as your own business and Able to contribute ideas and improvements that brings values to the customers and the company.
  • Ability to interpret and understand information gathered from day-to-day tasks and present internally to other departments

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Supply Chain Management/e-Commerce/Operations) for this position
  • Outbound experience – Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment
  • Personable and a good communicator in Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Must have initiative and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Must have good written or oral communication skills.
  • Training will be provided
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
  • Knowledge in e-Commerce will be an added advantage.
