Pengalaman yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Penelitian & Analisis Pasar (Pemasaran & Komunikasi) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

Collect customer feedback and loyalty data for further analysis and development recommendations.
Able to create visualizations of customer feedback and competitor analysis data and share them with relevant departments to improve performance.
Research and analyze customer satisfaction and loyalty, and conduct competitor analysis to identify priorities for improving Erha’s customer service.
Develop creative strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and evaluate customer complaints effectively to maintain positive customer relations.
Provide administrative support for all Customer Experience Management needs to achieve operational excellence.

Does it match your criteria?

Fresh graduates/Last Semester Students from Marketing, Communication, or any related major.
Perfect if you have 1 year of experience in a related field (hospitaly industry, service assurance, or quality service)
Have ability in Microsoft Office, Data Analysis & Data Visualization, Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
Proficient in English both verbal and written
