Dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Custom Clearance & Logistic Supervisor di kantor Chery Motor Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita inginkan adalah Pelayanan & Logistik/Rantai Pasokan serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver Custom workload of Import CKD Kits & CBU, preparing shipment to arrival at plant.
  • Ensure operation loading & unloading container from port, depo and warehouse.
  • Monitoring operation queue container at port, at depo and warehouse plant.
  • Purchasing & Buyer scope (direct & indirect material)
  • Liason between custom & 3PL.
  • Coordinating & monitoring all shipment to Handal Plant & CKD Plan SPV.
  • Coordinate with Shipping Agent, Freight Forwarder and Logistic for deliver container.
  • Coordinating with finance for payment billing PIB.
  • Communicate with customs officer if there any issue.
  • Analyzing Shipment for Saving Cost.
  • Control Quota Master List (BKPM) if any.
  • Carrying out the process of monitoring the custom permit.
  • Daily report import shipment to All Department.
  • Making Import Reports to Government (Ministry of Trade, Ministry Of Industry, etc.)
  • Customs Clearance & Transportation of KD Parts, Spare Part After Sales, Any Equipment & Machinery (Sea and Air Shipment)
  • Make a request for Inspection of Goods to Surveyor Indonesia for Parts that require a certificate (LS)
  • Check and count duty and tax in import declaration (PIB DRAFT).
  • Prepare customs letter to declare the customs clearance process.
  • Plan budget Import Duty, Vat, & Tax Payment Weekly.
  • Classification HS Code.
  • Checking COO (FORM E) and validate with E-COO INSW.
  • Arrange delivery planning to warehouse with forwarder and warehouse team.
  • On time submission of Document to Forwarder for Import Customs Clearance.
  • Coordinate with Shipping Agent, Freight Forwarder and Logistic for deliver container.
  • Check All incoming bills.
  • Ensure proper filling of Import document in Hard and Soft Copies.
