Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling credit/loan files, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Create, monitor, and store loan files, including tracking TBO documents, SLA Tracking, and borrowing documents process.
• Meet daily targets for storing loan files and committed SLA.
• Retrieve paid off loan files for further processing and customer handling.
• Verify that all necessary documentation, approval, and data have been filled out properly in the system before handling documents.
• Fulfill customer requests submitted via email, phone, or fax by referencing loan files, imaging system(s), and system inputs to obtain relevant documents and information.
• Complete daily, monthly, and quarterly audits as assigned.
• Comply with Records Management guidelines for physical and digital document retention, including shredding physical documents or maintaining paper files based on policy and department procedures.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with a strong GPA, preferably in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and MS Office are mandatory, as well as excellent administrative and documentation skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in lending operations within a financial institution.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen interest in data review, along with a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, commitment, and discipline.
• Demonstrated excellence in performing tasks and exceeding expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate process recommendations within the operational area.
