About the role

We are seeking a talented CS Air Export Staff to join our dynamic team at PT NNR RPX Global Logistics Indonesia, based in Soewarna Business Park, Cengkareng – Tangerang, Banten. As a key member of our Air Export division, you will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of our services.

What you’ll be doing

• Handling all aspects of air export shipments, including documentation, coordination with airlines and overseas partners.

• Providing excellent customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all air export activities

• Collaborating with the internal team, overseas agent and consignee to ensure the timely and successful completion of air export orders

• Staying informed about industry regulations, customs requirements, and any changes that may impact our operations

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of best practices

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar air export in Freight Forwarding industry.

• Strong understanding of air freight logistics incoterms, import/export flow and regulations

• Ability to create PEB and Manifest is preferable

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

• Having DG, Basic Cargo or PPJK certificate is prioritized

• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
