Job Description:

You will be responsible for helping to manage clients in a post-sale environment. Consultants work directly with our clients managing reported issues or enhancements which typically include requirements gathering, hands-on configuration, problem-solving, testing system interface specifications, strategy creation, and implementation. You will focus on knowing the application functionality to a high degree.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible as support helpdesk for handling tickets and application support to the end users.
  • When an issue comes diagnose, analyze and solve the issue.
  • Responsible for Change Request enhancements.
  • Write simple Change Request documentation based on business requirements.
  • Creates test requirements, and cases and performs testing to validate business processes against requirements provided or issues reported. 
  • Assist with the technical design ensuring business requirements or reported issues have been addressed.
  • Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform-related issues.
  • Responsible for following up and ensuring tickets are closed within the guidelines and timeline provided. 

Position Requirements:

  • Degree or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar field.
  • Possess 2-3 years of CRM support or consulting experience with domain knowledge in Sales, Customer Services, Marketing, and Field Service modules 
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in any module under Microsoft Dynamics 365. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain will have an added advantage.
