Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Love to analyze customer data and upsell processes to increase customer retention.
• Able to identify deficiencies in the existing customer service system to develop CRM needs.
• A digital communication strategy is proposed to connect with customers through personalized campaigns based on data analysis.
• Love to handle CRM platform used to process campaign activity data and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to meet business goals and operational targets.
• Able to monitor and evaluate for improvements related to campaign activities.
• Monitor marketing activities on the CRM platform to ensure they are executed according to plan.
• Love to monitor expenditures for CRM operational activities to stay within the budget.
• Interest in lead the team to achieve targets through motivation and performance reviews.

Does it match your criteria?

• Has bachelor’s degree in Public Relation, Communication, Marketing Communication, or Business Management
• 3 – 4 years of working experience in the field of Customer Relationship Management 
• Perfect if you have experience in Design/UX
