The OVO Credit Risk & Collections team is a young/established/longstanding team responsible for

• Formulate and implement the credit risk framework for new programs. 

• Work with regional risk, data scientists and other functions to deep dive on core credit issues and prioritize business and risk needs. Also work closely with commercials to drive various initiatives to achieve business goals.

• Review and validate credit score model and policy performance, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for improvements

• Assist in automating the credit decision process including Credit Decision Engine implementation and monitor the portfolio performance and ensure sound credit portfolio quality.

• Prepare and present the portfolio insights/strategy to key stakeholders

Get to know the Role:

We are looking for a Credit Strategy Analyst to manage. We believe a successful candidate has data analytics skills and good communication with stakeholders, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because there are growing portfolios in lending and consumers lending in particular. In return, you will get an opportunity to explore various data and products within Grab & OVO and build exposure on online and offline product knowledge .

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• You will process big data for consumer lending

• You develop a portfolio monitoring dashboard with Data Engineer and Data Analytics team

• You are responsible for portfolio management number in your product portfolio and monitor early warning indicators

• You support lending pillar initiatives

• You make an impact by making suggestions through analysis and logics to accelerate portfolio growth

The Must-Haves:

• You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility 

• You have experience with data processing tools

• You are experienced in lending consumer

• You showcase your inputs and risk control for a better lending OKR number 

• You have some/strong/extensive working knowledge of consumer needs and behavior

The Nice-to-Haves:

• You have experience with analytical tools such as SQL Query, Python etc is desired
