Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Credit Control Assistant Manager di perusahaan PT TKE Elevator Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun kualifikasi yang kita butuhkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customer by phone, email, or visit to customer
  • Provide forecast for cash in
  • Monitoring AR aging focus on decreasing the Day Sales Outsatnading (DSO) Target : 75 days
  • Monitoring AR Overdue for all business units (Target maximum 4% from annual sales)
  • Provide and analysis Monthly AR Report (DSO Report and Provision Report to Financial Controller
  • Prepare and Monitor monthly target for Credit Controller and report forecast and actual cash in to Financial Controller
  • Make sure dunning letter to customer has be sent
  • Checking bank guarantee or surety bond for project
  • Provide and analysis AR Aging Cumulative report (monthly) to put in SAP
  • Analysis underbilling and overbooking project
  • Meeting with Operational team to solve customer problem or supporting document problem (NIMOD – Project : Weekly, SERVREP-Maintenance: Weekly)
  • Visit customer for helping Credit Control problem solving
  • Analysis for bad debt provision
  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, & monthly schedule for credit control staff
  • Review contract and ensure the complies with contract matrix from SEA Regional
  • Prepare and review daily schedule for messenger
  • Checking progress billing project
  • Communication and coordination with Legal Partners regarding a project

Requirements

  • Complete knowledge of cash collection, credit control, and debt
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Previous experience in end-to-end credit control and accounts receivable processes
  • Prefer to have experience a LIFT/escalator/elevator industry or construction industry
  • Excellent in English
  • Patient and outgoing personality
  • Possess own transport (Car and motorcycle) and willing to work visit to customer
  • Working knowledge of Credit law
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills especially during complex customer negotiations
  • ability to build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages , SAP, VIEW system
