Responsibilities:

• Managing Relationships with Creators: Building and maintaining good relationships with creators who have joined MCN. Providing support and guidance to creators to help them optimize their content and performance on TikTok.
• Content Development: Assists creators in the development and production of engaging and relevant content for TikTok s audience. Provides creative input and ideas to improve the quality and appeal of content.
• Analytics and Performance: Conduct content creator performance analysis to measure the success of campaigns and marketing programs. Provide feedback and recommendations based on analytics data to improve content performance.
• Project Management: Managing creator projects and campaigns from start to finish, including setting deadlines, and ensuring smooth execution.
• Marketing and Promotion: Assists in designing marketing and promotion strategies for creators and their content. Ensures creators content reaches relevant audiences and gets maximum exposure.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with new or existing creators to ensure agreements and terms that benefit both parties.
• Training and Development: Providing coaching and mentoring for creators who join to help them improve their content skills and effectiveness.
• Maintaining Relationship with the Platform: Understand changes and policies of the TikTok platform, and ensure creators operate in accordance with platform guidelines and rules.
• Maintain and Improve GMV: Maintain and improve the quality of creator content so as to achieve the company s specified GMV targets.

Qualification:

• Mininal S1 all majors
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Previous experience in creator management, digital marketing, or the social media industry is highly valued.
• An understanding of TikTok: Deep knowledge of TikTok’s platform, algorithms, and trending content that is in vogue.
• Creativity: The ability to think creatively and provide valuable input in content development.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills to interact with creators, internal teams, and clients.
• Data Analysis: The ability to analyze content performance data and use those insights to take strategic decisions.
• Networking: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, and potential partners.
• Project Management Capabilities: The ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns at once with tight deadlines.
• Understanding Marketing: Understanding marketing and promotion strategies to support the growth and exposure of content creators.
• Leadership: The ability to lead and inspire creators to reach their full potential and achieve common goals.
• Motivation and Enthusiasm: High enthusiasm for the social media industry, content creators, and digital marketing trends. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in the industry.
