Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Creative Supervisor di tempat usaha PT HIJAU ADIL BAHAGIA (BURGREENS) untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya & Tangerang atau sekitarnya.
Skill yang kami butuhkan ialah Seni/Media/Komunikasi & Seni / Desain Kreatif serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun untuk persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Creative Supervisor
The creative Supervisor is the brand guardian of Green Rebel look and feel. The Creative inspires and empowers individuals to make healthier choices and support them in their journey of plant-based discovery through the creation of inspiring and credible creative plant-based visual communication. The Creative Supervisor is responsible for managing a creative team and overseeing the planning & creative production of a diverse range of video and creative formats to support our brand, marketing, and sales initiatives, ensuring that the creatives are well-produced and uphold the Green Rebel visual standards.
SCOPE OF WORK
CREATIVE MANAGEMENT
In close partnership with the Brand Team:
- Working closely with the Brand Manager and Content & Social Media Executive, creative supervisor should develop a cohesive, clear and structured creative strategy ensuring that you and your team remain on top of the execution of the plan and regularly review progress;
- Manage the day to day tasks of the design team, ensuring that requests are clearly communicated from different departments and work with your team to deliver key tasks and projects on time and to brief;
- Carry out detailed research to understand the competitive landscape, best practices from other relevant platforms and embed these learnings into creative plan, strategy and execution;
- Co-directing creative visual productions, and working closely with photographer and videographers for creative developments for packaging, brand partnership events and product launches;
- Conceptualize Visual Merchandising graphics for commercial / brand partners visual needs such as freezer decals and (Burgreens and Supermarket partners)
- Ensure record keeping of all brand marketing artwork in soft and hard copy for easy reference.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
In close partnership with the Brand managers:
- Lead and supervise all phases of creative development work for Green Rebel creative projects online and offline, from conceptualizing to final completion. Accountable in ensuring adherence to established brand tone and style guides, and digital content best practices in all output produced by the team;
- Develop and assign projects to team members within given calendar and time frame; accountable to meet deadlines;
- Working closely with Brand Managers to creatively strategize brand campaigns and launches;
- Lead ideation and conceptualize packaging design development for all Green Rebel packings;
- Development and refreshing improvement of the Green Rebel branding. Including but not limited to: design templates for infographics, banners, newsletters and eDMs, and video templates.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Has 3-5 years of prior industry experience in graphic design for brands, events or exhibitions;
- Has good internal and external agency management skills;
- Has experience leading a team of creatives and creative management;
- Fluency in English and Indonesian as working closely with both Regional & domestic team;
- Diploma in Visual Communications, Digital Fine Arts, Event/Exhibition Design or related disciplines;
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere;
- Has excellent knowledge of producing photography and creative visual content;
- Has good knowledge of creativity;
- Has a keen eye for detail, and takes nothing short of the highest standards;
- Is a cultural savant who is able to work comfortably and efficiently across different cultures, religions, backgrounds, and cities;
- Is able to work under highly collaborative but high-pressure environments with tight deadlines

ALL NATURAL DAIRY
90% of our menus are vegan, because dairy is biologically hard to digest and may cause indigestion or allergies to some people. When using dairy, we make sure we use the healthiest option – natural dairy made from grass-fed, antibiotic-free & hormone-free cows.
SEA SALT IN SMALL AMOUNT
We only use small amount of local sea salt and liquid amino (healthiest version of soy sauce) to spice up our menu. The key to the great taste? Local herbs.
