Description

• Overseeing all digital projects and being responsible for the overall quality
• Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all webs, print, and digital marketing collateral
• Directing the creative team in production of digital assets and other deliverables online and in prints
• Communicating and creating an overall creative team vision by defining the direction and goals for the group
• Manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology
• Setting and maintaining creative standards for the department
• Writing project creative briefs
• Meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses
• Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies
• Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
• Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences
• Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables

Profile

• Minimum 5 Years as a Creative Group Head or Creative Director Position in top tier Creative Agencies
• Complete Understanding of Agency’s Scope of Work
• Vast knowledge of Creative Case Studies, Marketing, Business, and Ad Industry in General
• Good communication and management skill to manage projects, liaise with third parties, and consult clients
• Has a wide network of Freelancers, Designers, Production Companies, Clients
• Competence in Creative Directing (Preferably Award Winning), Art Direction, Copywriting, Strategic Thinking
• Excellent work ethics, can do attitude, good at receiving critics and willingness to revise
• Proficient in speaking English
