Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the creative process in developing visually appealing content that showcases captivating home design concepts.
- Design and produce visually compelling promotional materials, including photos, videos, and graphic designs, that effectively communicate the values and aesthetics of our home living products.
- Develop creative marketing strategies focused on the latest trends in home design, creating relevant and engaging content for our customers.
- Foster close collaboration with the marketing, product design, and sales departments to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of visual content.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in home design and identify new opportunities to develop products and enhance the home living experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a creative role, with a focus on home design, interior design, or a related discipline.
- Educational background in design, art, architecture, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of home design concepts, current design trends, and strong design principles.
- Exceptional creative abilities, with a talent for generating innovative ideas that cater to the needs and desires of customers.
- Apply various AI applications or the latest tools in day-to-day work to enhance efficiency and the quality of creative work..
- Strong leadership skills, inspiring creativity and fostering collaboration within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with all major social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
