Job Description The Creative Executive will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative ideas and concepts as per specifications. The successful candidate will collaborate with the team to create visual effects, animations, videos, and other related graphics.

They will work from end-to-end, from conceptualization, and development of elements, to final rendering. The Creative Executive will also be responsible for attending standup sessions to create multimedia presentations and content, developing storyboards, and presenting the final design to the approvers for approval. In addition, the role involves performing, editing, and mixing audio as per requirements, taking feedback from team members, staying updated with the latest trends in the industry, and reporting to the Art Director.

Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop innovative ideas and concepts as per specifications Collaborate with the team to create visual effects, animations, videos, and other related graphics Work from end-to-end, from conceptualization, and development of elements, to final rendering Attend standup sessions to create multimedia presentations and content Develop storyboards for applicable projects Present the final design to the approvers for approval Perform, edit, and mix audio as per requirements

Take feedback from team members and make necessary changes Stay updated with the latest trends in the industry Report to the Art Director Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Designer or similar position (experience in a corporate setup is a big plus), fresh graduates are welcomed A portfolio of design content from past work experiences Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other related software Demonstrate working knowledge of storyboards, animation, and visual designs Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management skills Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Ability to create visually appealing content Ability to take feedback and make necessary changes Exceptional listening skills Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently A keen eye for details for accuracy A creative individual with the ability to think out of the box Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work for long hours if needed A detail-oriented individual with decision-making skills AirAsia Berhad: Asia’s leading airline was established with the dream of making flying possible for everyone.
