Responsibilities:

• Oversee all digital projects to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Lead and manage the creative team in producing web, print, and digital marketing materials.
• Direct the creation of digital assets and other deliverables across online and print platforms.
• Define and communicate a clear creative vision for the team, setting goals and direction.
• Manage content strategy for projects of varying scales, integrating digital, brand design, and compelling content.
• Establish and uphold creative standards within the department.
• Write detailed creative briefs for project execution.
• Forecast and manage expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal operational controls.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to foster innovative and strategic creative initiatives.
• Create impactful print materials and digital experiences that convey complex ideas to sophisticated audiences.
• Present final concepts and obtain approvals for deliverables.

Profile

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a Creative Group Head or Creative Director role at leading Creative Agencies.
• Thorough understanding of agency operations and scope of work.
• Extensive knowledge of creative case studies, marketing, and the advertising industry.
• Strong communication and project management skills for client liaison and third-party collaboration.
• Broad network encompassing freelancers, designers, production companies, and clients.
• Proficiency in Creative Directing, Art Direction, Copywriting, and Strategic Thinking, ideally with awards or recognition.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, openness to feedback, and willingness to iterate.
• Fluent in spoken English.
