Mama’s Choice, the leading natural, halal, and safe products for young Mamas and her families, currently seeks a talented individual to join as Creative Designer

Part of The Parent Inc., an online media company with over 29 million active readers monthly, Mama’s Choice is our venture into consumer products. With us, you’ll get both the security of a mature start-up and the excitement of a new and fast-growing venture.  Our mission is for mothers to have one less worry on their motherhood journey by providing them with a wide selection of products for mom and baby — all backed with research, dermatologically tested and formulated with natural, non-toxic ingredients. Within only 3 years, we have launched >60 products and extended our presence beyond Indonesia in 5 international markets.

Due to our period of growth, we are looking for a strong addition to our marketing team to create visually attractive assets which can communicate our brand values and products well. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to create visually appealing creative materials for marketing purposes e.g brand campaign, product launches, commercial activities online & offline, advertising materials, social media graphics and other marketing activities.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design which is aligned to our brand identity on various platforms e.g. print, ecommerce, social media advertising.
• Creating engaging video content for our SKU/product description, social media and brand campaign.
• Edit or re-touch photography assets for marketing purposes. 
• Keep up to date with design trends among competitors and industries to ensure we stay relevant to our target audience. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, with graphic design, video editing, and motion graphic design ability is preferred.
• Self-driven, take the initiative to find design details and improve them, good communication skills and problem solving ability.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premier, Encoder, Indesign).
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Creative hub, and other social media marketing tools is a plus.
• Have ability to use a camera, photography skill, and videography skill is preferred.
• More than 2 years of experience in Digital Agency or Design Studio is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome. 
• Provent work or project with lates or update Portfolio is a must.
