We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Freelance Creative Designer with expertise in developing captivating content for both social media and website platforms.

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging content in the form of images, videos, infographics, and reels. Your creative expertise will play a critical role in driving user engagement and acquisition. This is a remote freelance opportunity, allowing you to showcase your talent and collaborate with a dynamic team.

This is a FREELANCE creative designer job opportunity. If you can perform well for three months, we can discuss further how we can make you full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling social media content: Design captivating graphics, images, videos, infographics, and reels that align with our brand identity and capture the attention of our target audience.

• Develop content strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content strategies for both social media and website platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

• Enhance user engagement: Develop interactive and engaging content to increase user interaction, encourage social sharing, and drive audience participation.

• Optimize content for different platforms: Adapt content to suit various social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and website layouts, considering platform specifications and best practices for maximum impact. 

• Drive user acquisition: Create visually appealing and persuasive content that effectively communicates our value proposition, encourages conversions, and drives user acquisition.

• Maintain brand consistency: Apply and adhere to established brand guidelines, ensuring that all social media content maintains a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.

• Stay updated with industry trends: Research and stay current with social media trends, design techniques, and emerging platforms to incorporate innovative and engaging elements into our content.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to understand campaign objectives and provide creative input for social media content strategies.

• Meet deadlines and manage projects: Organize workload efficiently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality content within designated timelines. 

• Review and optimize performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, gathering insights to refine future content strategies and optimize audience engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role with a focus on social media and website content creation. 
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and expertise in developing visually appealing content for social media and website platforms. 
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). 
• Experience in creating compelling videos, animations, and reels for social media and website platforms. 
• Knowledge of social media platforms, their specifications, and best practices for content optimization. 
• Understanding of website design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design. 
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Strong eye for detail and ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing graphics and videos.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interpret project requirements. 
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. 
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
