Job Summary:

You will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Reporting to Snr. Operations Manager, you are responsible for creating engaging content and graphics for a variety of media, including print media like posters and flyers, digital media for social media posting and in-store video, etc. Your content and graphics should align with our brand image and brand positioning, capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right messages to our target audiences. You are part of the team to improve our brand’s image and online presence so as to drive sales conversion.

This role is important as it helps to build trust and rapport with the customers, boosts COLDWEAR product and brand awareness as well as promote our brand recall and eventually drives sales conversion.

Job Role:

1. To develop a creative strategy that will improve the brand’s image and boost sales.
2. To create content for the various media (in/outdoor media – print and digital) that align with our brand image and brand positioning.
3. To be the liaison person between COLDWEAR and all business partners including and not limited to Malls with regards to branding, promotions and events.
4. To provide administration support and budgeting for our marketing plan.

Requirements:

1. Proven content creating and graphic designing experience, with background in Retail will be an advantage.
2. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics, photography and videography.
3. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
4. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
7. Ability to assist on various social media marketing duties, including taking photos/videos for posting, etc.
8. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
9. Proficient in spoken and written English.
10. 28 – 36 years old.
11. Good personality, eloquent and a team player.
