Objective:

  • Develop effective creative concepts to support the media sales team.

  • Provide innovative ideas for enhancing Cinepolis’ brand partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the media sales team to understand client needs and market opportunities.

  • Develop strategic advertising concepts and compelling storytelling for brand partnerships.

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and emerging trends.

  • Execute innovative media campaigns while ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

  • Utilize immersive platforms and digital technologies to enhance brand engagement.

  • Develop and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns tailored for FMCG brands, integrating digital, experiential, and traditional media strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in brand strategy, creative advertising, and media sales support.

  • In-depth understanding of client and brand needs within the media and entertainment industry.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially media sales and marketing.

  • Proven track record of developing successful advertising campaigns in a media or agency environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Marketing Media, Business Development Media, or a related field.

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in creative, media, or advertising industries (portfolio required).

  • Experience working with FMCG brands in a large media agency or advertising firm (portfolio required).

  • Strong understanding of customer journey, media planning, and integrated marketing communications.

  • Proficiency in immersive platforms, digital advertising tools, and media analytics.
