SJI Oleo Refinery and Fractionation Plant with capacity of 1500 ton/day is located in Dumai, Indonesia.

Commencing operations in 2022, our plant is one of the most efficient plants in Indonesia benefitting from a strategic location, with direct pipeline connections to tanker loading port and container vessel port.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specializing in Palm Oil Resources
• Excellent communication skills to interact successfully within your network
• Self-motivated with strong problem solving skills
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Continuous ability and desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines
• Analyze and identify market opportunities and create business development strategies
• Strong business acumen, experience in managing screening of potential business deals, sourcing partners, building relationships, and overseeing all aspects of collaboration, terms, and contract negotiations
• Continuously communicate with suppliers to ensure the supply of goods remains stable.
• Identify and secure new suppliers to increase supply volumes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field with minimum GPA: 3 from a reputable university
• Strong understanding of palm oil sustainability requirements, including transparency and traceability to the plantation
• Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field, with a good track record, especially in the palm oil industry is a must
• Well-developed influencing skills and able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  Strong writing and communication skills
• Required languages: Indonesian, English, Hokkien
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets, Negotiation
