As Country Security Manager you are responsible for developing and implementing security strategies and programs to protect the company’s assets, employees, and reputation. The CSM will work closely with local law enforcement, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure that the operations are secure and compliant with applicable laws and regulations

Description

• Lead major crime investigations and assist business unit security managers in preparing a coordinating resources
• Catch up with Indonesia legislation, company policy and procedures according to action plans.
• Conduct training of security personnel where necessary (Company /Sub-con) and delivery of continuous improvement strategies.
• Assume the responsibility of inspection and security of all company operated areas incorporating random auditing of site procedures and personnel
• Investigate security incidents and breaches
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to achieve company objective
• Continually develop practices and strategies aimed at reducing theft across the business
• Manage CCTV

Profile

• WNI / Indonesian Citizen only
• Fluency in English
• Experienced in Fraud and Investigation, Theft Prevention, Asset Protection, and Law Enforcement, preferably in warehouse and transport environment
• Knowledge in investigation steps and analytical skill
• Have a car and driving license, and ready to travel to sites
• Possess strong leadership quality and integrity
