Skill yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Top Management / Manajemen Tingkat Atas serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 30.000.000 - Rp 50.000.000.

Roles:

Formulate and implement the company’s overall strategy and operation plan; establish the management system and sustain organization structure; preside company daily operation administration and management, and to achieve company management and development goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Operation Management

  • To propose business strategic plan, management policies and model according to the strategic target set by board of directors. The proposal shall be implemented upon reviewed and approved by the Board.
  • Taking full responsibilities on company daily operation, administration, and management activities. Responsible for inspection and performance review, sustain a good internal and external working environment for company management and development.
  • Responsible and organize business and development plan, to achieve target mission, projects, and plans.
  • To provide the right decisions for company’s major investments and operation activities; to perform good leadership and ensure no major incidents and mistaken happened.
  • Responsible on company’s financial management, budgeting, decision making and profit distribution; strictly follow the financial discipline, to increase company income and perform cost-saving, ensure the appreciation of company’s capitals.
  • To propose company’s renewal and development plan, extra-expenditure budgeting plan to the Board.
  • To handle company major unforeseen circumstances.

Team Management:

  • Preside company’s team-buildings, maintain internal management standards.
  • Convene and host general manager department meeting; to review, supervise and coordinate departments’ working status; chair the administration meetings, special meetings etc., to summarise and collect report.
  • To enhance team construction, establish a good work style, discipline, well-trained, and well-adopt workforce.
  • To rewards good performance employees with bonus, increment and/or promotion; while to punish employees who contravene company’s rules and regulations, until dismissal.

General Management:

  • Draft internal management organization setting plan and general management system.
  • Set and review company rules and regulations, rewards, and punishments policies, come out commission distribution package, take charge in financial responsibility planning and implementation.
  • Regularly request human resource department to review and execution system of each department.

Authority Management

  • Review and sign issue any documents issued under name of company within the provided authority.
  • Represent company to sign any agreements, contracts, and any other documents with external parties within the provided authority.
  • Supervise the filing of the subordinate agreements or/and contracts and ensure the confidentiality of the documentation within the provided authority

People Management

  • Promote the construction of company’s corporate culture.
  • Coaching and mentoring all department’s operation process and running well and smooth.
  • Represent company to attend any public relation events.
  • Build a good public relationship, taking good care of harmony with business partners, establish a good corporate image for company.
  • Perform any authorities assigned by the company, and to complete the tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, business management, industrial management, administration management and other related
  • 10 years and above of relevant work experience with proven professional records as Country Managing Director or other senior managerial position
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
  • Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
  • Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong leadership skills and management skills in team management.
  • Master the advanced management mode and essentials of the whole industry and have advanced management concepts.
  • Good at formulating corporate development strategies and the ability to grasp the overall situation of corporate development.
  • Familiar with the overall business operation, business management, and the workflow of each department.
  • Keen at sense of business and excellent work results.
  • Location: Jakarta Barat, Indonesia.

Added Advantage:

  • Experience in Oracle Sales and Implementation Cycle or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Multinational Cross Countries Sales and Implementation
