Client Details

Our client is a reputable B2B global SaaS company specialising in solutions to help clients in analysing the performance of their Sales team. Since entering the Indonesian market over 2 years ago, the company now has a team of over 30 headcounts, divided into strategic commercial functions – SDR, BD, AM, CSM, and Marketing, among others.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and lead end-to-end operations for the Indonesian market
• Manage and be responsible for revenue growth, implement sales strategies for enterprises and channel partners
• Develop, nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Recruit and expand client portfolio – build new and strengthen existing relationships with key clients to identify continuous business opportunities
• Ensure market position and maintain competence of product in the market
• Motivate, lead and grow team members within the Indonesian office
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the region and HQ to ensure company values are aligned and implemented accordingly

Profile

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree at any relevant field from a reputable university
• At least 10 years of total professional experience in B2B Enterprise Commercial roles within the IT industry
• Proven track record in closing deals and onboarding clients to the network
• Proven leadership skills – managing a large team size
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian SaaS market, able to provide insights on GTM, market positioning and effective commercial strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia – reporting directly and working very closely with the HQ team
