Country Human Resources Head will develop, manage, direct, and control the HR function within the country by delivering a comprehensive range of HR services, including but not limited to recruitment, organizational development, training and development, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, and business partnering. The goal is to ensure the most effective and efficient use of HR to support business growth in alignment with the business strategy.

Description

• Develop, manage, lead and control the overall Human Resources function
• Support organization goals through strategic and effective business partnering with leaders in defining and implementing talent strategies and programs
• Identify, manage and drive an effective organization design and development to align with business plans and organization goals, in the full spectrum of talent cycle from manpower planning, performance management, talent management, people development, rewards strategies and employee engagement/relations.
• Act as a strategic talent business partner by advising and influencing across all levels in the organization backed with strong assessment and data points
• Monitor and ensure all HR services are running in timely manner in compliance with labour law and accuracy in HR system
• Drive an effective internal communication to drive culture, employee engagement and compliance to manpower regulations
• Continuously assess, monitor and implement updated HR policies and HR best practices
• Manage and drive an effective Rewards strategies to ensure market competitiveness and align with global guidelines
• Drive and lead an effective HR department to ensure a high quality HR support to the business
• Support and drive a strong talent program to boost the talent development and as part of retention strategies whilst also keeping updated with potential external talents

Profile

• Professional Human Resources leader with at least 12-15 years of well-rounded HR experiences with demonstrated at least 3-5 years in senior management role in a Multinational corporations
• Proven track record in leading the overall HR department and drive HR strategies and programs trough strong project management, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding in Labour Law and ensure compliance in accordance to Manpower regulations, with demonstrated experiences in Industrial and External Relations including managing and dealing with Unions and Labour Agreement.
• Strong preference to have industry experience in manufacturing or related sectors, with medium to large headcount
• Strong business acumen and proven leadership skills with strong stakeholders management to collaborate/report in a matrix organization and cross-cultural teams, while also to manage various local stakeholders across all levels and both internal & external
