The Country HRBP Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning staff to business objectives and managing HR operations in my client’s manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.

Description

As a Country HRBP your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Profile

A successful Country HRBP should have:

• Proven working experience as HR Manager/HR business partner for at least 10 years
• People oriented and results driven
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
