Country Human Resources Manager is responsible to ensure day to day HR functions are performed in accordance with regulatory compliance and also to organizational guidelines. This role will act as a strategic partner to support and enable the President Director’s leadership as well as representing and the point of contact for the country to the regional and global team.

Description

Country Human Resources Manager will have the following key responsibilities, however not limited to:

• Oversee the regular review and roll out of HR policies, employment policies and procedures in compliance to organizational standards and in country regulatory compliance and labor law
• Drive and lead the full spectrum of talent cycle, such as recruitment, HR services, industrial relations, employee relations, talent management, people development, coaching, learning & development, culture and performance management
• Drive the implementing HR policies, and procedures in order to ensure comply with global practices
• Assess, develop and drive people development strategy, talent management and succession planning, and driving employee engagement through culture internalization
• Organize and drive learning and development programs to be rolled out effective and ensure desired results are achieved
• Coordinate, collaborate and report to regional on Indonesian human resources practices, strategies and policies
• Analysing data on HR indicators and providing regular management information to country management and headquarters corporate

Profile

Successful Country Human Resources Manager must be equipped with:

• At least 8+ years of professional working experiences in full spectrum of Human Resources function as a Generalist or HRBP. With ideal 4+ years experiences in a managerial position to lead a small team and partner/support business leader
• Proven track record in end-to-end Human Resources Management, from recruitment, employee relations, organization development, talent management and succession planing, people development, learning and development, culture, employee engagement, HR operations and regulatory compliance
• Experiences working in multinational companies and cross-cultural environment with matrix organization structure
• Experiences in working with regional or global functional team with a strong fluency in written and spoken English is a must
• Strong work ethics, high level of confidentiality and Integrity
• Proficient in coaching, mediating, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, analysis, and problem solving
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees in the organizations and colleagues across different countries as well as external vendors
