QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree or MBA desired
• Expect candidates to demonstrate these commercial /management competencies in strategic and operational business planning
• Retail, digital, and OTC marketing experience will be an edge
• Excellent stakeholder management skills internally and externally
• Able to work in a cross-functional environment as a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence others
• A self-motivated, highly enthusiastic, and industrious individual. Strategic and innovative thinker with growth mindset and able to anticipate future needs.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide insights to Category Lead to influence the new product launches readiness plan and Atopic dermatitis portfolio strategies.
• Develop SPICE Essence (brand plan) with Category Lead and execute with full accountability for excellence in execution and implementation.
• Execute targeted brand and portfolio strategies in line with local medical unmet needs and define clear strategic priorities for I&I portfolio.
• Collaborate with global and region for the best-fitting modules for localization of brand materials.
• Forecast brand and portfolio performance and track progress towards target.
• Develop and execute new product launch plans and country brand programs within allocated budget by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for launch excellence.
• Operate independently within defined guidelines.
• Cross-functional brand leadership including sales, marketing, medical, access, legal, compliance, corporate affairs, regulatory, supply, communications, etc to ensure plans and programs are effectively executed with available resources.
• Partner with medical to train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization and educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes
• Ensure successful launches of new products through timely market research, market development and pre-launch activities in line with launch timeline.
• Develop and implement strategies to capitalize funding and acts enabler to develop and growth category business model in generating new or expand business accounts and opportunities in both government and private channels.
