We are looking for a COSTING SUPERVISOR for our multinational manufacturing clients in Bekasi & Cikarang. 

Job Description :

1. Monitor the day-to-day account payable operations use SAP-CO Module (R3/HANA).
2. Preparation of variance analysis reports and investigating the reason for cost control purpose and to make recommendations.
3. Assist accounting operational objectives by review current Cost Control Business Process, Continuous Improvement and Completing Action Plans.
4. Monitor month-end closing by ensuring that all expenses posted correctly and reconcile with tax template report.
5. To Do Monthly Margin Analysis, Variance calculation, Adjustment of Stock Movement, NRV.
6. To Generate and Coordinate with Production for Production Variance Anomality.
7. Preparing Annual Budget Information and Submit to Company Budget System after Approved by Manager.
8. Follow up with Reporting Head regarding actual vs realisation cost quarterly with all department.
9. Follow up with Programmer for Estimation Costing Assistance for Management Analysis.
10. Follow up for SAP Script Testing sampling with SAP Admin Head for Preventive Control.
11. Preparing New Costing Calculation for SAP.
12. Coordinate with Sales and Production for Product Analysis Profitability.
13. Others activity of new product or other reporting requirement as advised from time to time.
14. Develop and Measure Staff Activity and Administration.
15. Continuous to learn product knowledge and socialize with team.

Job Qualification:

• Maximum Age 35 Years Old.
• Education background is Bachelor Degree in Accounting in Cost Accounting concentration is a plus, or a related field from reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience use SAP-CO Modul (R3 / HANA) program in manufacture.
• Minimum 3 years proven experiences as Costing Supervisor in manufacture.
• Good communication in English both oral and written.
• Willing to develop staff and make proper job assignment.
• Can working in tight dateline.
• Integrity and honesty.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Analytical skills.
• Willing to work at Bekasi or Cikarang
