Segera dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi COST CONTROLLER FINANCE di tempat usaha PT Baosteel Indonesia Steel Service Center untuk daerah Cikarang atau sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Adapun untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan kami berikan cukup lumayan menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

- Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability
- Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
- Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price
- Maintain vendor and service provider relationship
- Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs
- Keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships
- Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at expected cost
- Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of interdependency of cost drivers
- Understand the entire arc of the business and how productivity impacts profitability
- Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
- Present new strategies and assessments to stakeholders in a compelling fashion
- Persuade stakeholders to procure buy in and cooperation
- Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals
Requirement:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Finance or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years experience working in cost control / COGS
- Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
- Able to speak English, Mandarin is a plus
- Able to generate budgets and reports
- Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
- Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads
- Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
