Job Responsibilities:

  • Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to corporate goals
  • Implementation of Balance Score Card (BSC) as a corporate strategy
  • Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems
  • Perform analysis to gain and use insights to recommend innovative approaches that will lead to business results
  • Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems
  • Develop new strategies by analyzing internal and external factors in alignment to the business strategy
  • Participate in the creation of senior management and Board communication presentations enabling effective communication of related strategies
  • Assist in the discovery, solution development and recommendation design for key strategic topics including market and competitive analysis.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills necessary to influence Senior Executives
  • Minimum of 7 years of corporate strategy experience
  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting
  • Willingness to lead general related departments
  • Attention to detail while managing competing priorities and tight time pressures
  • Ability to synthesize complex data
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

PT Margacipta Wirasentosa (MC), a family-owned company incorporated in 1980, has grown from its humble beginnings into Asia’s largest manufacturer of quality cell cast acrylic sheet. The MC® trademark has been associated with high optical quality acrylic product, great customer service and a responsive production team, since its registration in 1980.

Margacipta embarked on global marketing campaign supported by the Indonesian Export Development Council (BPEN) in 1990. After launching regionally in Singapore and Hong Kong, the MC® label started appearing in Australia, Western Europe and the Middle East. By the start of the new millennium, Margacipta had established its reputation as world-class manufacturer in the SE Asian Market. To meet growing demand, MC® began rigorous quality & service improvements, increasing production capacity at its Tangerang facility to support management’s goals “to become the leading manufacturer of cell cast acrylic sheet in the world”.

As new customers discovered Margacipta’s great quality, responsive customer service team and a production process that puts the customer first, 2007 saw a major upgrade to a semi-automatic, 4-line production system. Finally in 2012, a sixth production line was added giving Margacipta an annual production capacity of 30,00 MT. We are very proud of our strong network of partner distributors in more than 50 countries and value their long term commitment to our products.
