You will have amazing opportunities to :

Assist leaders in the development of the strategic plan and lead the implementation of the short and long-term strategy for company’s sustainability goals
Provide recommendations to leaders on policies and processes, continually reviewing, developing, and implementing changes
Conduct qualitative and quantitative market and vendor research to continually improve company’s sustainability program
Build, maintain and protect company’s brand equity and reputation among key partners
Analyze trends and competitive landscape and influence changes to strategy

What you will need to be succeed :

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a major/focus on Sustainability, Environmental Science, Science or Social Science, Business Administration, or related major; OR related work experience
2+ years of experience in sustainability including business consulting, corporate sustainability, government agency sustainability, and/or sustainability in the hospitality field
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be detail and results-oriented with an ability to work in a cross-functional, fast paced, and constantly evolving environment
Familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Excellent personal organization and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time, and prioritize workload
