Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and proactive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Coordinator to lead our sustainability and community engagement initiatives. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies that align with our commitment to responsible tourism, ensuring that our tours contribute positively to the local communities and environments we explore.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CSR strategies that align with the company’s mission and values.
• Coordinate and manage community engagement projects and sustainability initiatives across our tour destinations.
• Collaborate with local partners, NGOs, and community leaders to identify and support impactful projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Educate and engage employees and travelers on CSR initiatives and sustainable travel practices.
• Work with marketing and communications teams to promote CSR activities and achievements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant environmental and social regulations and standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CSR and sustainable tourism.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2 years) in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of environmental and social issues, particularly in the context of tourism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Passion for travel and a commitment to responsible tourism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field preferred.
