Good Day!

Our client Top Japanese Kaitenzushi Restaurant (conveyor belt sushi restaurant) in Japan, currently will developing branches in Indonesia and targets to open more than 20 restaurants all around Indonesia in 5 years ahead and look for a Corporate Planner. Please kindly see below for the details:

JD :

• Planning and support for management decision-making and management strategy: Grasping the overall picture and providing support for management decision-making with a particular focus on the medium term- to long-term
• Information sharing and countermeasures: Share useful information related to competition with other companies and the industry as a whole, and take action according to proposals and matters as necessary.
• Numerical analysis and management: Analyze sales and losses resulting from sales results and implement improvement proposals that lead to cost reductions and sales expansion.
• Customer voice analysis and countermeasures: Analyze praise/opinions/complaints, etc. that appear depending on the sales content, and plan improvement actions with the president, sales department, and related departments (turning the PDCA cycle)
• Analysis and visualization of operation scores: Visualization of data so that all related employees, including the sales department, can see important data such as the delivery time of each order and the turnover rate.
• Visualization of numerical values that are the evaluation axis of personnel evaluation in the sales department: Provide preset KPIs in a way that the sales department can easily understand them.
• Creation of meeting materials: Create materials required for each meeting body such as the management meeting and the board of directors
• Grasping and managing the progress of each department’s work.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree from any major
• More than 5 years of experience in the field of corporate planning-related jobs especially in F&B business.
• Good command of English
• Japanese ability will be an advantage
• Good leadership and team control
