Responsibilities:

• Handle Trade Compliance Management daily duty as processing Trade Control and Shipping Control (Cargo, Import and Export transaction)
• Handle Chemicals Substance Management application approval process.
• Handle Business/Export/Import License application including issuing official request letter and visiting related Indonesian Government Ministry/Agent.
• Collecting related information including Indonesia Regulation conditions about information inquiry related Internal Trade Business and Logistics issues from internal company Sales & other Section and/or group companies.
• Handle consulting process with Indonesia Government Ministry/Agent, Private Consultant and etc based on own necessity and/ or internal company Sales & other Section requirements.
• Handle Corporate Logistics Group Project related with improvement operation in internal Section and / or company as a whole
• Handle duties as instructed by superior
• Direct report: Manager (Indonesian)

Requirements:

• Up to 30 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• 2 years or more experience in import/export customs clearance, logistics management
• Experience in applying Lartas Import/Export (PI Besi Baja, PI Bahan Baku Plastik) in forwarding, manufacturing, or trading company
• Knowledge about import/export and customs clearance regulation in Indonesia.
• Good English Communication
• Able to work individually / team, cooperate with other related department within company and/or other party, understand company policies and goals.
• Logical thinking, analysis ability, problem solving
• Able to perform work under pressure and strict deadline
• Knowledge of chemicals and international trade rules, Supply Chain, AEO
• Qualified as Registered Custom Specialist (own PPJK license) (Will be preferable)
• Expected start working time: ASAP

permanent with 3-month-probation
