Job description & requirements

Job description:

  • Assist, manage, and prepare all company documents, especially those related to legal issues, including but not limited to cooperation agreements, legal contracts entered into with third parties;
  • Reviewing and monitoring all legal contract documents, cooperation agreements and other legal documents related to the company’s project where it is located (Surabaya and Jakarta);
  • Conducting inspections, assessments, and storing legal documents, supervising documents and making efforts to resolve legal issues;
  • Manage administration related to the work that has been done;
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as correspondence and document filing;
  • Mastering the review of agreement letters and monitoring their validity;
  • Establish communication and provide support to other work units in order to achieve effective cross-sectional cooperation;
  • Conducting direction and supervision to the performance of the corporate legal team in carrying out the assigned tasks.
  • Make a report as instructed; and
  • Carrying out Risk Management in the work unit that is their field of duty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university
  • Have experience 3-5 years in the related field
  • Having experience in the banking services industry would be an advantage
  • Excellence knowledge in Corporate Law, General Corporate Matters and Banking regulations
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Professional level of proficiency in English, spoken and written
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prepare complex legal documents
  • Ability to work independently or in a team, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines.
