Job Descriptions :

  • Provide strategic, practical, timely and accurate legal advice that is aligned with the company’s goals and operations.
  • Review and draft contracts, maintaining documents, and handling tasks related to permits and immigration including KITAS, other related legal task.
  • Monitor updates to regulations and legislation, analyze risks and opportunities, and provide advice to companies regarding policy adjustments that need to be made.
  • Monitor, report, and resolve any legal issues and cases.

  • Liaison with the appointed lawyer or advisor, prepare evidence and supporting documents, review and revise any draft generated.
  • Facilitate and collaborate with other divisions regarding legal and compliance matters.
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with government and third party.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (Min. GPA 3.00).
  • Minimum 3 years experiences with proven legal practices. 
  • Fluent in Indonesian, English is a must (verbal and written), Mandarin is advantage.
  • Have a deep understanding regarding corporate law, banking dan finance market.
  • Have a good analytical, communication, negotiation and mediation skills
  • Have a positive attitude, integrity, efficient, teamwork, discipline, and adaptable.
  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and capability to manage unexpected situations.
